Gabriela Gardenia Ibáñez is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. She practices in the auto negligence and product liability group, where she leverages her extensive background in insurance law, litigation, and legal operations to provide strategic counsel and effective representation.

Ms. Ibanez graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as President of the Hispanic Law Students Association, remained actively involved with the Hispanic National Bar Association, and contributed to legal scholarship as an Executive Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review.

During law school, Ms. Ibanez gained diverse legal experience through multiple internships. She interned at State Farm Insurance specializing in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and bodily injury claims, completed an externship with the U.S. Coast Guard JAG Office handling military law and maritime matters, and clerked in Deloitte's Office of General Counsel in New York City focusing on transactional matters, developing skills in corporate governance, contract negotiation, and risk management.

Before law school, Ms. Ibanez spent five years as head paralegal and closing coordinator at a boutique real estate law firm, where she managed complex real estate transactions from inception through closing.
