Frank Alejandro Samitier is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office. He concentrates his practice on insurance coverage, first party property, premises liability, and general civil litigation.
A native of South Florida, Mr. Samitier graduated from Florida International University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He then attended St. Thomas University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Judge Chris McAliley in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Samitier also served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Samitier represented clients in various general and commercial litigation disputes.
