Emma Jean Deuschle is an Associate in the firm's Jacksonville office. Her practice areas are catastrophic and personal injury, construction, first party property, general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, trucking accident defense, vehicle negligence.

In 2019, Ms. Deuschle graduated magna cum laude from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (emphasis in Criminology). During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Deuschle was recognized on the Dean's List and President's List. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Standards for Kappa Delta Sorority.

In 2024, Ms. Deuschle graduated from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, TN, earning her J.D. and Master of Science in Criminal Justice. During her law school career, she was recognized on the the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 Dean's List; participated as a witness in Mock Trial; and was a member of the Real Estate Law Society.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Deuschle was a Law Clerk and associate attorney at a law firm in Florida where she practiced in the area of first party property insurance defense.

Outside of the office, Ms. Deuschle is an accomplished drag racer. She competes in the National Hot Rod Association, drag racing throughout the U.S., where she drives a 1963 split-window Corvette at speeds reaching 150 miles per hour.
