Overview
Dylan Trevor Avery is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office, where he focuses his practice in the defense of general liability and premises liability cases.
Mr. Avery attended Florida State University, where he graduated cum laude. He later earned his law degree from Tulane University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
While in law school, Mr. Avery served as Chief Justice of the Tulane Law Honor Board during his 3rd year. Mr. Avery also coached and competed in Mock Trial. In Mock Trial, he competed in a variety of national competitions, including the National Pre-Trial Competition with his team placing in the top eight for two consecutive years. While at Tulane, he was awarded the James A. Wysocki Trial Advocacy Award for outstanding achievement in Trial Advocacy.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane as an Associate, Mr. Avery participated in the firm's summer associate program in the general liability and premises liability departments.
