Drew H. Collins

Drew Harrison Collins is an Associate in the firm’s Orlando office, where he focuses his practice primarily on employment law. He represents employers in employment-related matters such as discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, and other employment law claims under various state and federal laws.

Prior to becoming an attorney and joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Collins worked in various industries including journalism, aviation, and the military. Mr. Collins enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve after graduating high school in 2003, where he served in the helicopter squadron HMLA-773 “Red Dogs” as an avionics and electronics technician.

Mr. Collins received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Georgia State University and his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he was awarded the 2022–23 R. Ross Quaintance Scholarship for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. During law school, he focused his studies on Constitutional Law and gained practical experience through internships with the Minnesota First District Public Defender’s Office and the Florida 7th Circuit State Attorney’s Office.
