David J. Gorlicki

David Joseph Gorlicki is an Associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office. He practices in the areas of labor and employment law, marine and admiralty, commercial litigation, professional malpractice, ERISA litigation, and class action defense.

Mr. Gorlicki attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2019. After his undergraduate studies, he earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2023. During law school, Mr. Gorlicki was a member of the mock trial team and two academic journals. He also completed a clerkship with Senior Administrative Law Judge E. Gary Early in Tallahassee from August 2022 through December 2022.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gorlicki worked at the State Attorney’s Office for the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, where he handled more than 25 jury trials, including several attempted murder trials that resulted in convictions.
