Danielle Israel Engel is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. She focuses her practice in the areas of first person property, general civil litigation, and insurance defense litigation. Ms. Engel's legal background includes experience in litigation, judicial, and public service settings, which she brings to the firm through a holistic, strategic approach to advocacy and client representation.
Ms. Engel earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with a minor in International Relations, from Florida State University. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Engel served as Articles Editor for the NSU Journal of International Law and Comparative Studies and authored a published article. Public service has been an important part of Ms. Engel's educational development, demonstrated through her involvement in NSU's Pro Bono Honor Program and her work as a student intern with the Disability, Inclusion, and Advocacy Clinic and the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office.
In her free time, she enjoys board games, staying active with pickleball, and exploring Miami's art and food scene.
