Daniel E. Gutierrez

Daniel Enrique Gutierrez is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. He practices in the areas of bad faith and extra-contractual liability, federal practice, general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, liquor liability, premises liability, product liability, trucking accident defense, and vehicle negligence.

Mr. Gutierrez completed his undergraduate degree at Florida State University. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, while clerking for a personal injury litigation firm during his last two years of law school.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gutierrez worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he managed a high volume of criminal cases. In this role, he gained substantial courtroom and litigation experience, including drafting and litigating motions, conducting discovery, preparing witnesses, and evaluating cases for prosecution.
