Brittany D. Masterson

Brittany Dominique Masterson is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office. Ms. Masterson practices in the areas of catastrophic and personal injury, civil rights law, country club, condominium and homeowners' association law, employment and labor, federal practice, general civil litigation, general counsel services, hospitality industry defense, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, product liability, professional malpractice, security negligence, and vehicle negligence. 

Ms. Masterson has litigated a broad range of employment claims, including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower actions, wage and hour disputes, civil rights violations, and breach of contract matters. She is well-versed in administrative, state, and federal forums and serves as a zealous advocate for her clients from inception through trial.

Ms. Masterson earned her Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College and her bachelor's degree in Literature and Writing from California State University San Marcos.
