Overview
Barbara Ballard Woodcock is a Partner in the firm’s Bonita Springs office. Her practice focuses on condominium and homeowners’ association law, first party property, personal injury, vehicle negligence, premises liability, professional negligence, construction defect, and employment law.
Ms. Woodcock received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami with major in English Literature and minors in French Literature and Sport Administration. During university, Ms. Woodcock also studied at Oxford University. Ms. Woodcock received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Woodcock worked at a general practice focusing on condominium and homeowners’ association law and civil litigation.
Ms. Woodcock currently serves as Program Chair for Youth Leadership Collier and on the Finance Committee for Empowerment Farm.
