Ariana Nicole Nonsant Stanley is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office, where she focuses her practice on general liability matters.
Ms. Stanley graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, she competed with the Florida International University Law Trial Team, participated on the Negotiation and Mediation Team, and was a member of the Black Law Students Association. Ms. Stanley was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Legal Research & Writing.
While in law school, Ms. Stanley served as a Law Clerk for a plaintiff's firm and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Public Defender's Office for the 11th Judicial Circuit. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, she served as an Assistant Public Defender with the 9th Judicial Circuit's Office of the Public Defender. In that role, she managed a caseload of more than 150 active cases from inception through resolution, argued multiple motions, and participated in several jury trials.
