Andrew I. Traugutt

Andrew Ian Traugutt is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. He practices in the area of construction, representing architects, contractors, developers, engineers, and subcontractors in construction defect, delay, contract, and professional liability claims.

Mr. Traugutt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of South Florida. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, graduating cum laude. During his legal studies, Mr. Traugutt served as a Staff Member and later as a Senior Staff Member of the FIU Law Review and earned Dean’s List honors.

Mr. Traugutt also gained practical legal experience as a Law Clerk for a boutique probate firm in Miami before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane as a Law Clerk.
