Amir Cyrus is an Associate in the firm’s Bonita Springs office. His practice areas are arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, catastrophic and personal injury, construction, country club, condo and homeowners’ association law, employment and labor, first party property, general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, vehicle negligence.
Mr. Cyrus earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Florida State University in History and International Affairs, with a minor in Criminology. He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a member of the law school’s mock trial team.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Cyrus practiced in a variety of legal settings, including criminal defense, plaintiff-side litigation, nonprofit representation, and estate planning. This diverse background provides him with a well-rounded perspective and significant jury trial experience.
