Aileen Esteban is a partner in the Miami office of Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. She focuses her practice in State and Federal civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, automobile negligence, general liability, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining CSK, Mrs. Esteban represented local and international clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts while working at a boutique Coral Gables law firm. She handled property disputes, condominium association representation, professional liability issues, business torts, partnership, shareholder, corporate governance disputes and negotiated commercial agreements. Mrs. Esteban provided support as an associate attorney in several trials, including one resulting with a $58.4 million unanimous verdict for a television media joint venture, which was recognized in "Top 100 Verdicts in the United States." She also represented clients in appeals before the Third District Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mrs. Esteban received her juris doctor cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2014 and a Bachelors of Arts from Florida International University in December 2009. She was a member of the St. Thomas University Moot Court Board, and participated in the John J. Gibbons National Moot Court Criminal Procedure competition.

In recognition of her academic achievements during law school, Mrs. Esteban was selected to represent St. Thomas University School of Law in a judicial internship at the Florida Supreme Court of Florida in the Fall 2013. As part of her internship with the Florida Supreme Court, Mrs. Esteban conducted extensive legal research and writing, attended oral arguments, and engaged in discussion and analysis of critical legal issues with Florida Supreme Court justices.

Mrs. Esteban is licensed to practice law in Florida. She is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and is bilingual in both English and Spanish.
