Overview
Adam Charles Robert Heisner is a Partner in the firm's Fort Myers office, where he defends complex, high-exposure personal injury matters across Florida, including catastrophic injury, automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.
With more than a decade of litigation experience on both the defense and plaintiff sides, Mr. Heisner brings a practical, results-driven approach to case evaluation, motion practice, and resolution strategy. He previously practiced at large national and regional Plaintiffs' personal injury firms, giving him first-hand experience on both sides of high-exposure injury litigation and a practical understanding of how plaintiff cases are evaluated, developed, and resolved.
A decorated U.S. Army war veteran and officer with 17 years of service, Mr. Heisner has held leadership roles including Commander and Battle Captain and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. He earned a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, an MBA from Saint Leo University, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stetson University. He also holds a Master Negotiator Certificate from Harvard Law School Executive Education, applying disciplined advocacy, negotiation, and leadership to every matter he handles.
