Adam C. Grams

Adam Christopher Grams is an Associate in firm’s Orlando office, where he practices in the areas of medical malpractice and general liability defense. He represents healthcare providers and other clients in the defense of complex civil litigation matters and is committed to providing practical, responsive, and client-focused legal representation.

Mr. Grams earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School. While in law school, he represented clients through the Tulane Law Domestic Violence Clinic, providing legal assistance to individuals throughout the greater New Orleans area. He also earned certificates in Negotiation & Mediation and Sports Law. Mr. Grams and a fellow law student finished second place in the inaugural Tulane Sports Law Baseball Arbitration Competition.

Before practicing law, Mr. Grams spent more than 15 years in leadership role involving investigations, regulatory compliance, and risk management. His career included positions with Special Olympics Florida, the University of Central Florida, the Southland Conference, the University of Nevada, and the NCAA, where he advised leadership, conducted investigations, developed policies, and managed regulatory compliance. That experience continues to inform Mr. Grams practical approach to analyzing risk, solving problems, and advocating for clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grams served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Juna Pulayya of Florida's 9th Judicial Circuit. During his internship, he assisted judges with juries and bench trials, conducted legal research, drafted proposed orders, and gained firsthand insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom advocacy across a broad range of civil and criminal proceedings. This experience provided a strong foundation for his litigation practice.

Mr. Grams resides in Winter Park, FL, with his wife, who is also an attorney, their young son, and two dogs.
