Orlando Associate, Leighton Zhong, obtained a Voluntary Dismissal of a traumatic bodily injury case where the Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed his case because he could no longer maintain an action against the vehement defense we mounted.
CSK’s client struck a motorcyclist in a contested liability matter where the motorcyclist Plaintiff lost an eye and gravely injured his leg as well as claimed spine injuries. This was a rejected policy limits tender where our clients had also offered a personal contribution, which Plaintiff rejected.
