Orlando Partners Michele Morales and David Gordon secured a very favorable verdict in an Orange County rejected tender case. The case involved an admitted liability rear-end collision from 2020 and was highly contentious, with Plaintiff’s counsel asking for millions of dollars in closing.
The jury deliberated for about an hour before returning a verdict of $11k based on Plaintiff’s medical bills on the date of the accident. Given the court’s rulings during trial, there should be no issues for appeal.
