Case Summary
This case arose from a 2022 motor vehicle accident in which the Plaintiff alleged that a Defendant driver’s negligence caused neck injuries and a traumatic brain injury. The Plaintiff sought significant damages for past medical expenses and future treatment, including additional surgery.
