Dismissal in Administrative Employment Law Case in Orange County

Orlando Partner Danielle Simpson obtained a dismissal from Florida’s Division of Administrative Hearings and the Florida Commission on Human Relations in an administrative employment law matter on behalf of an employer.

The former employee brought claims for retaliation, hostile work environment harassment, and discrimination based on race, sex, and disability in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act.
