Case Summary
This civil case was brought in Florida state court by corporate cleaning and linen service Plaintiffs against an individual Defendant following a motor vehicle accident involving a work van. One count was dismissed without prejudice, while counts 2 through 9 were dismissed with prejudice, permanently ending the majority of the Plaintiffs’ claims.
The ruling substantially reduced the scope of the litigation and brought finality to the workers’ compensation lien enforcement allegations at issue.
