Miami Partner William Xanttopoulos and Associate Hillary Sharp Dimitri secured a complete defense verdict in a Miami-Dade County condominium dispute jury trial. CSK was retained by a private client facing claims that his investment condominium had a leak causing significant damage and loss of use to the Plaintiff’s unit below. The case was highly contentious, as all parties were well-resourced and determined to fight to the end.
After a six-day jury trial, the jury deliberated for only 30 minutes before returning a complete defense verdict in our client’s favor.
