Orlando Partner Jeffrey Partlow was successful in obtaining a dismissal in a binding arbitration before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Petitioner filed a complaint alleging his homeowners’ association failed to properly conduct an annual election of directors. CSK obtained a dismissal of the complaint, which effectively acts as an adjudication on the merits because the statute of limitations has now run.
