Lissette Gonzalez of CSK’s Miami office obtained a per curiam affirmance of an order denying Appellants relief from a final order of dismissal. Lissette successfully established that the Appellants’ failed to establish a colorable entitlement to relief because they pointed only to events that took place after the entry of the final order of dismissal, which had no bearing on the events leading up to the entry of the order or the order itself.
