Overview

Taylor Loe is a Partner at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East office. He concentrates his practice on state and federal civil litigation matters, including general civil litigation, business/commercial law, class actions, employment and labor law, civil rights law, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), and condominium and homeowners’ association law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Loe was a prosecutor in the Florida Keys.  As a prosecutor, he handled thousands of criminal cases, more than fifty (50) evidentiary hearings, and thirteen (13) jury trials.

Mr. Loe received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, majoring in Psychology.  Thereafter, Mr. Loe attended Florida International University College of Law, where he was awarded a full-tuition scholarship, and received his Juris Doctorate.  During law school, Mr. Loe was a member of Law Review and the Mock Trial Team.  Mr. Loe is a Fort Lauderdale native, and attended Saint Thomas Aquinas High School.
