Howard B. Senior III

Howard B. Senior is a partner in the Miami office of Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. Mr. Senior practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and products liability defense litigation in addition to commercial litigation and transactional matters.

Mr. Senior was regional counsel for an energy company ranked 17th on the Fortune 500 list. He litigated commercial, personal injury, maritime, and regulatory cases through trial and appeal. He also drafted and negotiated domestic and international commercial agreements for subsidiaries in the southeastern U.S., Caribbean, Central and South America.

Mr. Senior earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law while clerking for a prominent personal injury litigation firm in Miami his last two years of law school. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology also from the University of Miami.

Mr. Senior is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in the Circuit Courts of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
