Overview

Giancarlo Nicolosi is a partner with the firm's Miami office. He currently practices in the areas of Trucking Accident Defense, Vehicle Negligence, and Premises Liability.

Mr. Nicolosi served honorably in the United States Army as an Infantry Soldier from 1995 to 1998. He then graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Business. Mr. Nicolosi earned his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. His honors and distinctions include being on the dean's list, associate editor: Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law, and member of the mock trial board and moot court board.

Mr. Nicolosi began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender where he gained valuable trial and courtroom experience while handling voluminous felony and misdemeanor cases. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Nicolosi practiced personal injury litigation, trucking accident defense, premises liability litigation and general civil litigation.

Mr. Nicolosi is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and all courts within the State of Florida.
