Genevieve P. Rupelli is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East office. She practices in the areas of premises liability, negligent security, vehicular negligence, general litigation, construction defects, trucking defense, product liability, marine/admiralty, hospitality industry defense, banking and finance, medical malpractice and professional malpractice.
Ms. Rupelli earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with a concentration in International Law. She received an honorary distinction for her pro bono services for her work with human rights organizations. Ms. Rupelli also served as the Student Director for the Inter-American Center for Human Rights at NSU.
