Mr. Meyers brings his extensive experience as project manager in the field of environmental engineering and consulting with a record of delivering multi-million dollar utility projects on schedule and within budget, resulting in reliable water and wastewater service to the community. Mr. Meyers played integral role in achieving utility stakeholder consent of operational improvements through development and presentation of innovative yet cost-effective solutions to complex water utility problems. Mr. Meyers is well versed in construction administration, having served as the resident project representative on several large-scale water treatment plant construction projects where he managed change order and payment disputes, requests for information, and shop drawing review and approval.
During law school, Mr. Meyers completed several internships, including a clinical externship at the Office of the Broward County Attorney, where he supported Staff Attorneys in administrative and circuit court hearings for enforcement of environmental violations for the Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department and reviewed and provided assessment of the land development instrument for Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport based on the recent runway expansion construction.
