Vanancia Claude Hyppolite is an Associate at the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office, where she focuses her practice on first party property.
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Ms. Hyppolite is a first generation law school graduate. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in International Relations, from Florida International University before pursuing her Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law.
During law school, Ms. Hyppolite was awarded the Dean's Merit Scholarship and actively participated in the Black Law Students Association and the Caribbean Law Students Association. She also served as a Steven Chaykin Fellow with the Center of Ethics and Public Service Housing Advocacy Team.
One of her most meaningful experiences in law school was serving as a Public Interest Fellow with the Department of Children and Families, where she developed an in-depth understanding of the foster care system, witnessed the impact of family dynamics on children, and had the privilege of participating in the adoption of two young children.
After law school, Ms. Hyppolite served as a prosecutor in Broward County.
