Troy A. Osorio

Troy Anthony Osorio is an Associate in the firm’s Orlando office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general and complex civil litigation with a focus in construction. Mr. Osorio typically represents contractors and subcontractors in construction defect and contract claims.

Mr. Osorio is a graduate from Florida State University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Osorio worked for the Tallahassee Office of the City Attorney handling tort and personal injury claims brought by and against the City of Tallahassee. Mr. Osorio also served as a Legislative Fellow at the Florida House of Representatives where he assisted in claims bill recommendations for the Office of Public Accountability.
