Theodis Fitzgerald President, Jr. is an Associate in the firm’s Orlando office, where he focuses his practice on first party property, bodily injury and other matters giving rise to liability actions for personal injury or property damage.
Mr. President is a native of Havana, FL, and was raised in Leon and Gadsden Counties. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University, where he majored in Psychology and Exercise Science. During his undergraduate studies, he served as a legislative intern at the Florida House of Representatives, a Senator in the Student Government Association, and held various executive board positions in campus organizations.
He also earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. President served as the 1L Class Representative and was a member of the Judiciary Committee within the Student Bar Association. Concurrently, he worked as a Paralegal and Law Clerk, gaining valuable experience in civil litigation.
