Suzanne Moura Baldwin is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office. Her primary practice areas include premises liability and vehicle negligence.
Ms. Baldwin graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Criminology and a minor in Deaf Studies, receiving the King O'Neal Scholar award in recognition of her 4.0 GPA. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
In law school, Ms. Baldwin served as the Secretary for the Black Law Students Association and Community Service Chair for the Florida chapter of the National Lawyer's Guild. During the summer of her 1st year, Ms. Baldwin interned at the Florida Health Justice Project, a non-profit committed to expanding access to healthcare for marginalized and vulnerable Floridians. During her 2nd and 3rd years of law school, Ms. Baldwin participated in the Gender Justice Clinic, served as an extern at Southern Legal Counsel, and earned a book award in Social Justice Lawyering.
