Shannon Denise Taub is an Associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. Her practice focuses on the defense of general liability and insurance litigation matters, including premises liability, negligent security, and personal injury claims.
Ms. Taub received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She then earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she earned a Certificate of Concentration in Intellectual Property Law.
During her time in law school, she served as Senior Associate for the Journal of International Law and Comparative Studies and as a Research Assistant to Dean Jon Garon, conducting legal research on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Her scholarly work on defamation and tort law was published by the American Bar Association in The Law of Digital Content (2025).
