Samantha Brown graduated in May of 2020 from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Minor in Legal Studies, and a Certification in Criminal Profiling and Intelligence and National Security.

Samantha Brown earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was part of the honor program and received the Dean's List award every semester. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honor society. During her time at NSU, Ms. Brown served as NSU's Trial Association's Vice President of External Operations. She was a national competitor for the NSU Trial Team and NSU's Moot Court Honor Society. Ms. Brown was a Senior Associate of Nova Law Review. She was also a teaching assistant for Professor Arcabasico's criminal law and criminal procedure class and served as President of NSU's Federalist Chapter and National Security Society.

Previously, Ms. Brown spent a Summer as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Mariya Weeks. Ms. Brown previously worked as a Law Clerk in First Party Property and Family Law. Ms. Brown was a Law Clerk at Cole, Scott, and Kissane, working in Personal Injury Protection.
