Robert Kellems is an Associate in the firm’s Tampa office, where he focuses his practice on construction law. He is committed to developing case-specific and cutting edge legal solutions for each client's specific needs.

Mr. Kellems was born and raised in Hancock County, KY. As a young boy, he dreamed of being an attorney after watching his uncle and grandfather practice. After high school, he attended Brescia University, where he was member of the Varsity Track and Field program, setting several school records in numerous events. After transferring to Eastern Kentucky University, Mr. Kellems earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Post graduation, he managed campaigns for several political candidates, ranging from local to Federal races.

Mr. Kellems then attended Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he had the opportunity to work on cases at the Children's Law Center Clinic in Covington, KY. He then began his practice at the Hillsborough County Public Defender's office, where he worked on a high volume of matters, as well as consulting on several high-profile cases.
