Mr. Raphael Ogbonna-Amu is an Associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office whose primary areas of practice include Personal Injury Protection, First Party Property matters, and General Defense Litigation.
After growing up in Nigeria, Mr. Raphael earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University before attaining his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law. During law school, Mr. Raphael externed for Judge Kim Gibson of the United States Western District Court of Pennsylvania and Magistrate Judge William Arbuckle of the Middle District Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Raphael was also an advocate and coach for the Thurgood Marshall Black Law Students Association Moot Court team and was appointed the Vice-Chair of the Penn State Law Appellate Moot Court Board. For his performances in oral advocacy, Mr. Raphael was inducted into the National Order of Barristers – a national honorary organization of individuals who excel in oral advocacy during their law school careers.
