Rachel Leach is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office, where she primarily handles cases related to Construction and Civil Litigation, defending construction defect and delay claims, breach of contract and professional negligence claims, indemnity and subrogation claims, and related insurance matters, as well as engaging in third party litigation on behalf of CSK clients.

Ms. Leach received her Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, in Management with a minor in International Business from the University of Kentucky. After spending her final undergraduate semester studying at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, Ms. Leach attended the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. During law school, she served as the President of the Business & Law Society, a Notes Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, and a Student Intern for the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, where she advised a wide range of entrepreneur and startup clients through the critical early stages of business formation.

Prior to joining CSK, Ms. Leach spent three years working in-house for a global medical device company in Chicago, where she gained ample exposure to strategic transactions, including conducting integrity due diligence, revising third-party contracts, and drafting and executing corporate agreements. She also spent a summer working for a well-known defense firm in Tampa and soon after decided that it was time to make Tampa home.

Ms. Leach joined CSK in April 2024. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and Illinois.
