Palmer Hennessey Cole is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office. He focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on construction law. Mr. Cole represents clients in complex disputes involving construction defects, contract issues, and related claims, bringing a detail-oriented and strategic approach to each matter.
Before entering civil practice, Mr. Cole served as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit, where he managed thousands of criminal cases, tried multiple jury trials, and secured numerous dismissals through motion practice and trial advocacy. This extensive courtroom background strengthens his current litigation work and provides clients with skilled representation at every stage of dispute resolution.
Mr. Cole earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, where he received the High Honors Certificate in Litigation and Advocacy.
