Nyasia Minaya

Nyasia Minaya is an Associate in the Orlando office, focusing her practice on general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Minaya completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Minaya was a Staff Editor for the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review and worked within the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Law Clinic. She also became involved with the Hispanic National Bar Association. Prior to joining CSK, Ms. Minaya worked as a Judicial Intern for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

When not practicing law, Ms. Minaya enjoys reading memoirs, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
