Nikita Kiran Patel

Nikita Patel is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office, where she practices on the general liability team. Her work focuses on general civil litigation, including cases involving catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, vehicle negligence, and products liability.

Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Ms. Patel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Louisiana State University. She later relocated to Atlanta, GA, to attend Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2023.

While in law school, Ms. Patel was actively involved in several organizations, including the Public Interest Law Society and the Student Bar Association, where she served as a class representative. She was also a member of the Barristers’ Committee and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. Her academic excellence earned her the John Marshall Scholarship, recognition as a First-Year Scholar, and selection for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Patel gained valuable legal experience as a legal intern at Delta Dental and later as a Law Clerk at Kumar, Prabhu, Patel & Banerjee.
