Overview
Kelly Cuba is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. She practices in the areas of general civil litigation, catastrophic injury litigation, medical malpractice and nursing malpractice, construction, and professional negligence matters.
Ms. Cuba attended Florida International University, where she graduated from the Honors College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Pre-Law Certificate. Subsequently, she earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Cuba served as the President of the FIU Law chapter of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and Vice-President of the Sports, Entertainment, Fashion, and Art Society (SEFA). Ms. Cuba was a competing member of the Moot Court team and the Negotiation and Mediation team. She also interned for the Honorable Judge Beth Bloom of the U.S. Southern District Court of Florida.
