Overview
Katia Goldvarg is Of Counsel in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office. Throughout her career, she has handled general liability and third party Insurance cases, including personal injury cases, products liability cases, including battery explosion cases, and toxic torts litigation (specifically, asbestos cases). Ms. Goldvarg has also had exposure to first party property cases, as well as transactional work. Combining her legal expertise and business background, she has gained extensive knowledge regarding the intricacies of litigation, and leveraging case-specific facts to obtain strategic settlements when appropriate.
Ms. Goldvarg graduated magna cum laude with a double major, including a Bachelors of Science in International Business and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Florida International University. Thereafter, she attended Florida International University College of Law, where she received the "Book" award in Products Liability and was a Dean's List recipient numerous times throughout her studies.
Ms. Goldvarg is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
