Josmanny Horta

Josmanny Horta is an associate in the firm's Miami office. His practice is concentrated in the area of civil litigation, primarily in matters involving vehicle negligence, security negligence, and premises liability.

Mr. Horta received business degrees from Miami Dade College and Florida International University. He then received a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Transnational Law Review and two-time president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Horta's practice focused on commercial litigation. He also held leadership roles at two Fortune 500 companies.
