Joseph "Joe" Powers is an Associate in the firm's Tampa Office where he primarily focuses on construction litigation.
Mr. Powers is a former Assistant State Attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, where he worked to serve and advocate on behalf of his community. While in law school, Mr. Powers was involved in Phi Alpha Delta, the Business Law Society, and the Bankruptcy Clinic where he assisted a low income family through Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Additionally, Mr. Powers also holds a Business Law Certificate.
