Greer Briggs-Lake

Greer Briggs-Lake is an Associate for the firm's Tampa Office. She is a member of the firm's Construction Litigation Group and represents contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in construction defect claims.

Born and raised in the twin-isle Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, Mrs. Briggs-Lake graduated magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, where she majored in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). Upon graduation, Mrs. Briggs-Lake worked as an Engineer for an electric company. Mrs. Briggs-Lake earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law and was a Jason C. Mason Scholarship Recipient as well as the recipient of the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Briggs-Lake, worked with a boutique law firm in Tampa, as an Intellectual Property Attorney, with a focus on patent prosecution.

Mrs. Briggs-Lake enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, and running.
