Erika Funderburk is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. Her practice focuses primarily on First Party Property.
Ms. Funderburk received her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Psychology from Florida State University. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, she was a member of the NSU Environmental Law and Land Use Society in addition to participating in the Civil Field Placement Clinic.
During her law school career, she gained a wide variety of legal experience starting with her first summer, during which she practiced land use and environmental law; her second summer she practiced premises liability and third-party property insurance defense; her final semester she interned with a boutique firm focused on business, real estate, and commercial litigation.
