David F. Bussey

David Bussey is an associate in the firm's Fort Myers office. He practices in the area of civil litigation focusing primarily on Catastrophic and Personal Injury, Vehicle Negligence, Premise Liability, Construction, and Condominium & Homeowner's Association Law. Mr. Bussey grew up in Southeast Michigan prior to moving to Florida for law school.

David obtained his Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Bussey served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Judge Sheri Polster Chappell in the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Bussey is admitted to practice in Florida.
