Overview
Daniel A. Orangio is an Associate in the firm’s Fort Myer’s office. He practices in the areas of premises liability and vehicle negligence, while also specializing in catastrophic and personal injury, employment law, commercial and residential property, and wrongful death.
Mr. Orangio obtained his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in December of 2024, making the Dean’s List and graduating early. He served as an Associate Editor for The Ave Maria Law Review from 2023-2024. Prior to law school, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, summa cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Mr. Orangio was a Summer Associate in Cole, Scott & Kissane’s Fort Myers office, then worked part-time as a Law Clerk while finishing his J.D. He was also a Summer Associate for boutique real estate firm in Naples, FL, where he gained extensive experience with negotiating contracts, purchase and sale agreements, clearing title, and structuring businesses.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Orangio worked the hospitality industry for 22 years and employs this unique experience by providing exceptional customer service to his clients.
