Overview
Daniel Karmansky is an associate in the firm's Miami office. His practice focuses mainly on premises liability defense. However, Mr. Karmansky has experience working on a variety of other insurance defense matters, as well as commercial litigation.
Mr. Karmansky received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Throughout that time Mr. Karmansky worked with the legal team for one of the largest healthcare companies in New York City. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Karmansky attended Florida International University, where he received his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Mr. Karmansky received several honors including: Dean's list almost every semester, Member of the Moot Court team, President of the Jewish Law Student Association, and Secretary for Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Karmansky also clerked for a prominent commercial litigation firm in Miami, coached several championship winning Moot Court teams, and made it to the Quarter Finals of FIU's Advanced Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Outside of the office Mr. Karmansky enjoys being out on the water or playing ice hockey.
Mr. Karmansky is natively fluent in Russian
